ABOUT ME

I finished my undergrad at the Lebanese University in Beirut. I then completed an MSc by research at the University of Manchester in the UK under the supervision of Prof. Philippa Browning in the field of theoretical astrophysics. Right after, I moved to Winnipeg - Canada to study toward a PhD at the University of Manitoba. I defended my thesis on January 2017 to become a postdoc at the University of Manitoba. I work with Prof. Andreas Shalchi on energetic particle transport in turbulent magnetic fields. You can find my complete list of publications in the "Publications" tab. You can also have a look at my CV by pressing on the button below (updated Feb. 2017). Outside research, I like all sort of outdoor activities. I hike and camp a lot during the summer time.
